Larry Emdur twice filled in for Daryl Somers on the legendary Australian entertainment program Hey Hey It’s Saturday.
Following the cancellation of The Price Is Right, Emdur joined the Seven Network and became host of Wheel of Fortune. His contract with Seven was signed just hours after his agreement with the Nine Network ended.
Although Wheel of Fortune was cancelled at the end of the 2006 season, Emdur remained with the Seven Network and continued to secure high-profile hosting roles.

However, he returned in 2010 aboard the yacht Investec LOYAL, with the crew finishing in second place.
In 2013, Emdur again competed in the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race aboard the supermaxi yacht Perpetual Loyal. His fellow celebrity crew members included Karl Stefanovic, Guillaume Brahimi, Tom Slingsby, Phil Waugh, and Jude Bolton.
Contract Renewal with Seven Network
In February 2011, Larry Emdur renewed his contract with the Seven Network in a deal reportedly worth more than $800,000 annually.
The agreement allowed him to continue as co-host of The Morning Show while also participating in other television projects across the network.
The contract reportedly prevented a move to the Nine Network, where he had been considered as a potential co-host for Today.
Weekend Sunrise and Sunrise
In 2010, Larry Emdur became co-host of Weekend Sunrise alongside Samantha Armytage.
Although he held the role for one year, he remained a regular fill-in presenter for both Sunrise and Weekend Sunrise, covering for David Koch, Andrew O’Keefe, and other presenters during holidays, illness, or special assignments.
