Peter Rowsthorn’s Early Life and Education
Peter Rowsthorn is a popular Australian comedian, actor, television presenter and writer best known for his role as Brett Craig in the iconic comedy series Kath & Kim. Before entering the entertainment industry, Rowsthorn worked as a drama teacher after earning a teaching degree from Rusden College, which later became part of Deakin University in Victoria.
While studying for his degree in 1983, Peter Rowsthorn began performing as one half of the comedy and musical act The Cactus Brothers. His early performances helped launch a successful career in Australian comedy and television.
