Early Career in Sports Media
Neroli Meadows is one of Australia’s most respected sports broadcasters and television presenters. She began her media career in 2006 as the weekend sports producer at Perth radio station 6PR before moving to the Seven Network, where she spent four years working as a sports reporter on Today Tonight.
Her strong on-screen presence and sports knowledge helped establish her reputation within Australian sports media. During 2013, Meadows became a panel member on Network Ten’s popular sports entertainment program Before the Game, appearing alongside Andrew Maher, Mick Molloy, Dave Hughes and Anthony Lehmann during the show’s final season.
Television Appearances and Public Profile
In addition to her work on sports programs, Neroli Meadows has appeared on several well-known Australian television shows, including the football-themed comedy program Santo, Sam and Ed’s Total Football and the popular quiz show Have You Been Paying Attention?.
In January 2016, Meadows participated in an interview on the ABC’s 7.30 program discussing inappropriate comments made by Jamaican cricketer Chris Gayle towards sports reporters Mel McLaughlin and herself. In 2017, Neroli Meadows joined Fox Footy’s inaugural AFL Women’s (AFLW) commentary team, becoming one of the leading voices in women’s Australian Rules football coverage. Her involvement coincided with the rapid growth and popularity of the AFLW competition across Australia.
That same year, she also joined Triple M’s coverage of AFL and cricket while contributing to Fox Sports’ National Basketball League (NBL) broadcasts during the 2017–18 NBL season.
Hosting Roles and Current Work
Neroli Meadows currently hosts Game Day Live on Fox Sports, where she interviews Australian athletes and sporting personalities from a wide range of sports. She is also a familiar face on Fox Footy’s AFL Today and AFL Tonight, providing expert analysis, interviews and coverage of the latest AFL news.
In 2018, Meadows expanded her role with Fox Footy by becoming a co-host of On the Mark alongside Sarah Jones and Kelli Underwood. Her professionalism, experience and passion for sport have made her one of Australia’s most recognised sports presenters.
